The 80T Reinforced Undercarriage Parts are designed to extend service life and provide exceptional reliability under demanding working conditions. Premium-grade steel and specialized alloys are applied in key sections to improve toughness and wear resistance. The idler component has been upgraded with over 60% additional weight compared to standard versions, delivering greater stability and long-term durability.

Design improvements include upgrading the sprocket from conventional pointed teeth to flat teeth with wider spacing and reinforced strength. This modification effectively prevents tooth wear, jumping, and breakage caused by soil or debris accumulation. In addition, advanced heat treatment processes have been implemented to significantly enhance structural strength, durability, and consistent performance.
