The DEVELON/DOOSAN Oil Cylinder (9C Series) features NOK seals, a chrome-plated surface thicker than market standards, and quality equivalent to original equipment, ensuring excellent sealing and preventing leakage. It is manufactured with robotic welding for consistent weld strength, high-strength bronze or graphite bushings, 45 steel piston rods treated with quenching and high-frequency processing, hard chrome plating, and polished with an eight-head machine for smoothness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. The cylinder bottom rings are forged from 45 steel, and the cylinder barrel uses 25Mn high-strength alloy steel with SRB burnishing technology on the inner wall, achieving a mirror finish for long-lasting performance and reliability.
