The DEVELON DX490LC-7B large excavator is designed for mining, mountainous terrain, and forestry operations. It delivers high-capacity performance with a heavy-duty hydraulic hammer, enabling faster loading, increased productivity, reduced fuel consumption, and enhanced durability.
The upgraded engine provides 14% more power, improving energy efficiency and operational reliability while meeting Tier 3 emission standards.
The advanced VBO hydraulic system electronically regulates main pump flow for precise control and energy savings. Fuel efficiency is further enhanced with SPC3 Intelligent Power Control, achieving higher performance compared to previous 7B series models.
Maintenance is simplified through strategically placed serviceable components and a human-centered design for better accessibility. Optional protective guards and separated radiator and oil cooler design improve safety and ease of cleaning. Reinforced boom, arm, and bucket structures use thick steel plates and high-strength castings to ensure long-term durability in high-load conditions.
