The Hydraulic Vibro Hammer is a high-impact hydraulic attachment designed for efficient piling operations. It features a hose clamp with distribution manifold for organized hose layout, an embedded motor that reduces collisions and ensures reliable operation, and eccentric blocks filled with heavy metal to generate strong vibration moments. The precision gearbox with FAG bearings provides long-lasting durability, while the hydraulic clamp, formed through CNC one-time processing with vacuum heat treatment and high-temperature quenching, ensures strength, wear resistance, and secure interlock. A heavy-duty lifting ring with embedded welding guarantees safe handling. Key performance factors such as eccentric moment, vibration frequency, centrifugal force, and amplitude determine the hammer’s efficiency in reducing pile-soil friction and delivering consistent driving performance.
